Transaction Advisory Internship

• As an Intern with CohnReznick, you will work on real engagements from start to finish. And don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

TAS Interns:

• Assist the team on all aspects of a buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagement deal (i.e. agenda writing, note taking
• Assist with analyzing historical financial statements and evaluating operational trends to identify sustainable earnings for a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, high-technology, and healthcare
• Participate in client meetings
• Assist team with daily client workflow

Requirements

• Anticipated graduation or degree with major in Finance or Accounting with the successful completion of multiple courses in both
• Leadership positions in extracurricular activities are looked favorably upon, as well as work and internship experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to learn in a face-paced environment
• General computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-The hourly rate for a Transaction Advisory Intern in Los Angeles is $36.
