Summary:

The Senior Consultant is responsible for the client month end close process, the preparation of internal financials and ensuring proper internal controls over the client’s assets.  The Senior Consultant will also supervise the work of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.  Must be able to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform month end close process, including the reconciliation and/or review of bank and statements, fixed asset schedules, and other GL account reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly property reporting packages
  • Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated lender reporting packages
  • Preparation of audit schedules, confirmation letters, etc.
  • Perform other client responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Accounting Degree.  CPA preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently on client assignments.
  • Strong time management, organizational, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
