CohnReznick is looking for an experienced marketing professional to support the Firm’s Renewable Energy and Technology industry groups in addition to providing support for the Firms Southwest region offices.  The successful individual will build internal and external relationships, understand B2B motivations, differentiate our brand and service offerings, facilitate lead generation execution, and communicate impact of marketing programs to all stakeholders.

Position Summary

The Field Marketing Specialist works closely with the Portfolio Marketing Manager and Office Managing Partners to support marketing programs that help our renewable energy and technology sectors and offices meet revenue objectives.  This position reports to the Portfolio Marketing Manager for these industries.

As a member of the Field Marketing Team at CohnReznick, you will contribute to the growth and development of our organization in a variety of ways:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide event coordination and logistics management, including facilitating webinars and roundtables, maintaining sponsorship contracts and invoice payments, managing attendance, securing speakers, and coordinating virtual and on-site business development activity. Track event follow-up and make updates as needed using the firm’s CRM system.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining marketing sales collateral; develop/communicate success stories, case studies, and awards; and help maintain a library of proof points to support pursuits
  • Maintain association relationships to explore, propose, and negotiate programs; research and respond to call for papers at industry events; build speaker qualifications and secure speaking.
  • Conduct research to identify relevant industry trends and maintain the marketing calendar and marketing content on intranet sites.
  • Support office marketing activities by establishing and building relationships with Office Managing Partners (OMPs), managing the regional marketing budget, executing regional marketing activities, and communicating industry go-to-market priorities in the office.

 

 Skills and Competencies:

  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills that demonstrate significant attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks on deadline
  • An understanding of marketing best practices in executing marketing programs including thought leadership, events, sponsorships, and other marketing activities.
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with marketing and practice professionals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong focus on driving results, crafting the narrative around results, and open to the challenge of proposing next steps.

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional services marketing experience, consulting firm experience a plus
  • Experience supporting the renewable energy or technology industry a plus.
  • Undergraduate degree with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
