CohnReznick currently has an exciting opportunity and is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative Services team in our Charlotte office.

As a Administrative Assistant, you'll provide diversified administrative support to multiple executives at varying levels and titles. You will also support service line or engagement-specific teams. In this role, you'll call on your experience, skills, and knowledge. You will also maintain a current understanding of firm policies, procedures, and practices. In addition, you may also collect, compile, and analyze moderately complex data, and coordinate projects and deadlines directly or through others. You'll work independently, with limited supervision.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Calendar and schedule management
  • The ability to create and modify complex reports in Microsoft Excel
  • Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external communication
  • The ability to use sound judgment in screening and responding to inquiries, prioritizing calls that need immediate attention, and triaging/resolving as appropriate
  • Coordinate extensive and complex travel arrangements, including business expense reimbursement and event registrations (when necessary)
  • Assist with daily time entry as requested
  • Maintain a high level of executive support skills including excellent communication, grammar, and proofreading skills
  • Support additional team members by providing ad hoc project coordination support for key strategic and operational initiatives including lead tracking and client engagement support and operational. Provide general administrative support for a wide range of activities and projects undertaken on an as-needed basis by the practice group including meeting/room/AV scheduling, arranging of meal service, correspondence, agenda and minutes management, and tracking and ensuring follow-up on all relevant active issues
  • Compose, prepare and distribute written materials using sound judgment including correspondence, memos/letters, agendas, presentations, and minutes.
  • Develop and maintain excel spreadsheets of varying complexity
  • Establish effective working relationships with all colleagues at CohnReznick and other internal/external entities and maintains effective working relationships with leadership, administration, staff and departments
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required/requested
