Partner Accounting Specialist
CohnReznick's Finance Department is looking for a dynamic Partner Accounting Specialist for our Parsippany, NJ location.

Responsibilities –
- Responsible for handling all aspects of partner monthly payroll, quarterly distributions and off cycle payment processing
- Collect and verify partner data, compute draws, and ensure partners receive correct payment
- Updating payroll information for partner promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires
- Recording and maintaining partner records and payroll transactions
- Proper and accurate general ledger coding of all partner payroll data
- Assisting to complete wage verification requests and payroll information subpoenas in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare relevant reports for management on a monthly, quarterly, and year-end basis
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed
- Ad hoc requests as needed throughout the year
- Performing additional duties as requested
Requirements –
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a mid-size (approximately 2-3k employees), multi-state company
- Associates degree required, bachelor’s preferred
- Familiarity with payroll software/HRIS (e.g. UKG Pro) and proficient at MS Office (especially Excel)
- Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Being an effective team player
- Ability to multitask in a stressful environment with specific deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment
- Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of partners records
