We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Resource Management, Senior Specialist to support our North-East Region.

This is a virtual position. A virtual position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. As a virtual employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client working, team meetings or training.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Resource Management support for Resource Management COE for assigned business unit. Strong excel skills is required for long term planning, budgets and forecast outcomes for workforce planning modeling.
  • Serve as a backup for resource management team members to provide reports and scheduling support.
  • Working with for Resource Management COE for assigned business unit to coordinate process of communications with assigned business unit, so that communications are timely and consistent across the resource management center of expertise.
  • Support Resource Management team members with change in the way we deliver our services ensuring consistency in reporting and analytics.
  • Begin to understand the common methodology for workforce planning to ensure that planning and prioritization decisions can be made by both cost and resource skills and interests.
  • Maintain resource management technology platform ensuring it reflects accurate profiles and changes by providing a detail schedule hours report.
  • Analyzes employee bench for 30, 60, and 90 outlook for maximum utilization and to keep forecasted hours updates for resource management center of expertise for assigned business unit.
  • Analyzes optimal resource usage by investigating utilization, demand and supply, and gross margin staffing reports on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinate the roll off assignments for terminating/LOA employees in our RM technology tools.
  • Analyzes and tracks missing time reports and follow ups with employees for low utilization, or high non-billable hours.
  • Analyze weekly staff schedules and availability reports for solutions and summarizes findings of projected utilization, billable hours variance, chargeability forecasts, and other ad-hoc reports as requested by the resource management center of expertise for assign business unit.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 4 year undergrad degree in Business Management/Administration or 4 year undergrad degree in Public Accounting/Tax.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant resource management or workforce planning experience, and/or 3+ years as a client service professional.
  • Solid understanding of resource management procedures and policies and the ability to dig into details.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically strong excel skills and ability to use pivot tables, macros, and summarize analytics via pivot charts.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of financial statements and utilization metrics.
  • Demonstrated organization and time management skills to ensure that work related activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work in an efficient manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, tactfully, and courteously.
  • Ability to exercise creative problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to travel if needed (up to 10%)
