We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a People and Culture Operations Coordinator to join the team in a hybrid position in Bethesda, Baltimore, or Charlotte office. 

YOUR TEAM.  

The P&C Operations Coordinator’s primary focus will be supporting the activities in our P&C Operations Center of Expertise. P&C Operations manages the “behind the scenes” systems, processes, and technologies that support our people.

YOUR ROLE.   

Responsibilities include but not limited to:  

People data input and quality control – you will spend about half of your time organizing and auditing our people data so that all systems are consistent.  This includes activities such as: comparing various action forms to data input into UKG Pro, ensuring that all new hire offer forms are accurate based on firm established organizational levels, job codes, work arrangements, etc, and maintaining and auditing various data elements including PTO codes, billing rates, etc. Will be the centralized resource for entering spot bonuses, tuition reimbursement payments, CPA bonuses, employee referral bonuses and any other ad hoc payments in UKG. Will also enter all external consultants into UKG and monitor and maintain data entry changes related to employee transfers.

Onboarding software super user - another good chunk of your time will be working in our onboarding system, Silk Road.  We hired over 1700 people last year, and expect to do the same or more this year and you will coordinate getting all new hires through the system. This involves data input, troubleshooting, customizing checklists, data clean up and assisting in making enhancements to the process and system.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.   

The successful candidate will have:  

To be successful in this role, you will need to be extremely organized and detail oriented. You will also have good communication and follow up skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Organization skills; detail oriented; outstanding communication skills; excellent follow up skills; critical think; ability to learn and understand our policies and procedures.
  • Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with HR technologies a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build, establish and maintain trust and credibility
  • Ability to travel, if requested.
