We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Tax Senior Manager with Transfer Pricing experience to join our National International Tax team. We are open on location for the role.

 

YOUR TEAM.

This position will support our National Tax Team, which in turn supports the firm’s broader tax practice. The right candidate will have a growth mindset and look for ways to expand their knowledge within both the tax space associated with their specialized services and varying industries. They will also be eager to collaborate on thought leadership, webinars, and seminars while remaining results focused on assisting both internal and external clients in achieving their wide-ranging business goals.

 YOUR ROLE. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for leading the firm’s transfer pricing practice.
  • Have experience within transfer pricing documentation studies, tax due diligence as it relates to transfer pricing risks and both inbound/outbound planning.
  • Interacting closely with clients to provide innovative tax and transfer pricing planning and consulting.
  • Work with tax partners and transfer pricing specialists to analyze and resolve international tax and finance issues and consult with clients on a wide range of tax and transfer pricing issues.
  • Practice development, and business development activities; and formulating and delivering innovative tax and transfer pricing planning and tax savings strategies.
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of client relationships and members of the transfer pricing practice.
  • Help generate opportunities within existing clients, as well as meeting with and pursuing new clients.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all audit, tax and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participate in proposals.
  • Market, sell, design, and implement tax-planning strategies for clients and manage to budget.
  • Incorporate financial information into a proprietary financial model and conducting economic, financial, and accounting analyses.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Tax is a plus
  • CPA, LLM or JD is preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years tax experience with supervisory experience; minimum of 5 years of progressive tax and transfer pricing experience in public accounting, consulting, or academia.
  • Experience in all aspects of Transfer Pricing practice.
  • Demonstrated writing skills a must; proposal development experience desired
  • Demonstrated project management and review skills
  • Proven competence with MS Office and transfer pricing databases
  • Strong analytical, transfer pricing technical, and tax accounting/technology skills with proficiency in US GAAP.
  • Exposure and knowledge of the full transfer pricing life cycle and understanding of operational transfer pricing issues preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in practice development, business development, and managing other managers.
  • Computer expertise including knowledge of tax software and technology.
