As the Experienced Hire Recruiting Lead, you are responsible for leading a team of experienced and junior recruiters, as well as be responsible for Practice Management Team recruiting.

Responsibilities:

As the Talent Acquisition Manager - Experienced Hire Lead, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Experienced Hire Recruiting Strategy and Program Design
  • Talent Acquisition Communication Program Development
  • Assessment Tool Design
  • Candidate Diversity Outreach Program Design
  • Talent Acquisition Consulting
  • Overseeing the gathering of Experienced Talent Acquisition Metrics & Analytics
  • Talent Acquisition Policy & Procedures Development
  • Talent Acquisition Best Practice Trends & Research
  • Handle all escalations, work load distribution, and backup for Experienced Hire Recruiters

 

As the Experienced Hire Recruiter for the Practice Management roles, you will be responsible for the duties below:

  • Recruiting/Sourcing for Experienced Hires
  • Candidate Assessment
  • Application/Resume Processing
  • Selection Decision Making
  • Offer/Reject Communication
  • Determining Job Offers
  • Position Requirements
  • Contractor (1099 & Agency) and Temporary Employee (Non-Intern) (W2) Recruiting
  • Talent Acquisition Metrics & Analytics
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Lead with internal HR hiring
  • Main point of contact/Liaison for business, vendors and agencies
  • Handle all escalations, work load distribution, and backup for Jr. Experienced Hire Recruiters

 

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or business related field                                        
  • 8+ years of experience in progressive talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years leading strategic recruiting programs in a regional or national capacity
  • Thorough knowledge of recruiting practices including, but not limited to, employment policies and practices, legal compliance, sourcing solutions, interviewing and selection techniques
  • Ability to synthesize the needs of all offices and determine where consistency is required and where flexibility is appropriate
  • Demonstrated ability to use a collaborative and consultative approach              
  • Strong knowledge of all Federal, State, and Local employment laws
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build, establish and maintain trust and credibility           
  • Ability to travel to multiple office locations 
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems 

 

Preferred:

  • Master's degree                
  • HRCI PHR or SHRM-CP designation
  • HR experience in professional services industry         
  • UltiPro, WCN, Cornerstone, and RedCarpet systems experience
